Thanksgiving is right around the corner. As you are planning what delicious sides to prepare, or what to bring as a hostess gift, don't forget to pick out a bottle of great NA wine.
We love to serve our NA wines alongside traditional wine to provide options for those seeking to drink less or no alcohol at the holidays.
Reserve Red
As seen in the New York Times' "Non-Alcoholic Wines For The Thanksgiving Table".
Thanksgiving wouldn't be complete without a great bottle of red wine. It is our goal with our Reserve Red to craft the most serious and compelling non-alcoholic red wine we can. The style is elegant and savory with complexity gained from the long oak-influenced aging process.
The Reserve Red is at home on the Thanksgiving table because it stands up to but does not overpower the meal. Its aromas of warm baking spices and mix of ripe and dried fruit play well with the savory elements of a Thanksgiving meal such a stuffing with mushrooms and sage.
Chenin Blanc
As seen in the New York Times' "Non-Alcoholic Wines For The Thanksgiving Table".Our Chenin Blanc sees an extended aging period in the cellar to develop a creamy texture and nuanced character. To create complexity, the grapes were picked at different stages of ripeness, including one late season lot that was botrytized. It's an elegant wine that works well with a variety of fall foods.
The orchard fruit notes that this grape is known for, like pear and apple, pair beautifully with foods like a whole roast turkey or roasted squash.
The Wild Child Sparkling Orange Wine
Our new release Sparkling Orange wine is crafted from Pinot Gris grapes, this wine derives its soft orange hue from extended skin contact during fermentation, a process that imparts tannins, texture, and complexity to the wine.
It is a fantastic option to serve at cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres. The taste profile is somewhere between a lighter rosé and a richer white, which makes it a very versatile and crowd-pleasing sparkling NA wine. Honestly, we love this wine so much, we will probably continue drinking it through the main meal as well.
