This still rosé is 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which makes it a soft, delicate and fruit style of rosé. 
To fully appreciate all of its beautiful aromatics, it is best enjoyed slightly warmer than fridge temperature. We like to take it out of the fridge 15-20 minutes before serving.

Origin: Heringer Estates Vineyards. Clarksburg AVA, California

Farming Practices: Certified Sustainable. 100% herbicide-free

Soil Type: Sandy loam alluvial soil

Winemaking: Whole-cluster pressed. Fermented in stainless steel

Serving Temperature: Chill and then remove from fridge 15-20 minutes before serving

Alcohol Content: Less than 0.5% ABV

Vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, no added flavors, low sugar
